How it works
Book online. Your pharmacist will take it from there.
Choose a phone appointment. We hold it while you finish booking.
Answer health questions, add your contact details and confirm. An account is optional.
We call the number you provide, discuss your health and explain the treatment decision.
Your prescribed pill is sent free. We’re here for questions after your consultation.
Your appointment is booked when you submit and see your confirmation.
We reserve your chosen time for up to 20 minutes. If that reservation expires, you can choose another time while your answers are still available.
You can book and receive your prescribed medicine without an account. An optional account helps you save an unfinished booking, manage account appointments and rebook.
After treatment approval, we post your medicine using a next-day delivery service. Arrival depends on the dates and times of your consultation, approval and dispatch. You can ask about delivery during your call.

Before you begin
Your current pill and medicine names, health history and any recent blood pressure, height and weight readings you have.
Don’t guess. Tell us in the health questions if you don’t have a reading. Your pharmacist can explain which measurements are needed before supply, particularly for the combined pill. Email support@pill2u.co.uk for help preparing.
